KinzyTrip Cancellation Policy

At KinzyTrip, we strive to provide our customers with the flexibility and clarity they need when booking travel and tourism activities. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance the needs of our customers with the operational realities of our service providers. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Free Cancellation Period:

Customers can cancel their booking free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled activity.

2. Tiered Cancellation Fees:
  • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the activity will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the activity will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Last-Minute Bookings:

For bookings made within 7 days of the scheduled activity, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made more than 3 days before the activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the activity will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings:
  • Certain bookings, especially those offered at discounted rates or during special promotions, are non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
  • Tickets for special events, festivals, travel tickets, or tickets for specific activities may be non-refundable or non-exchangeable. These tickets depend on a special schedule for the activity, concerts, or festivals and are subject to the same standards as airline tickets.
5. Force Majeure:

In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), customers may cancel or reschedule their booking without penalty. Documentation may be required to validate the force majeure event.

6. Changes and Modifications:

Customers may request changes to their bookings, such as date modifications or changes in the number of participants, up to 7 days before the activity. Fees may apply for changes made within 7 days of the activity.

7. No-Show Policy:

No-shows will not be entitled to any refund. We strongly encourage customers to inform us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the booked activity.

8. Special Case Cancellations:

Service providers reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time if customers do not adhere to personal or public safety rules at the activity location. In cases where customers violate safety rules, they will not be eligible for any refunds.
