Adding Products or Services
Adding and Editing Services
In your partner dashboard, you can efficiently manage your offerings by adding new services, updating existing ones, and controlling their availability and visibility on the website — all accessible through the "Products" or "Services" section in the menu.
How to access your services:
- Go to the left-hand menu and click on Products.
- When the submenu expands, click on Products again (not “Reviews”).
- You will now see a list of all the services or products you’ve already created (if any).
- To add a new service, click Create New Producte at the top of the page.
Adding a New Service – First Page Overview
When creating a new service in your Partner Dashboard, it's important to complete all required fields accurately to ensure your listing is complete, professional, and ready for approval. Below is an overview of the fields you’ll find on the first page of the “Create New Producte” screen:
1. Title: Enter a clear and descriptive name for your service. This is what customers will see when browsing the website.
2. Category: Select the appropriate category (e.g. Water Sports, Food & Drink, Seasonal Events). This ensures visibility in the correct sections.
3. Price: Set the base price and specify the pricing model (e.g. per person, per hour).
4. Full Description: Provide a clear explanation of what’s included, duration, location, requirements, and what makes the service unique.
5. Images: Upload high-quality images that reflect the experience. Use drag-and-drop or the “Select Images” button.
6. Ready for Sale: We recommend offering in quantities of 1000 to ensure availability, especially for high-demand periods or bulk orders.
7. Short Description: A summary that may appear in search results or listings.
8. Search Words: Keywords that help customers find your service (e.g. “boat trip,” “Cappadocia”).
9. Promo Text: Optional – add a promotional phrase that may be used in banners or campaigns.
10. Final Step: Once complete, click “Create” in the upper-right corner to proceed to the next page.
Adding a New Service – Second Page: Features and Booking Setup
After clicking “Create,” go to the Features tab and fill in the following:
- Country – Where the activity is offered.
- City – The specific location.
- Estimated Time – Total duration (e.g., 3 hours).
- Language – Select all languages the service is available in.
Click Save in the upper-right corner.
Booking System
Now open the Booking System tab and complete:
- Select Booking – Choose a booking method (e.g., Table Booking).
- Restrict buyer to single quantity selection – Enable to limit one booking per customer per time slot.
- Date from / to – The active period of availability.
- Book time – Duration of one booking (e.g., 180 minutes).
- Break time – Time between sessions (e.g., 60 minutes).
Click Save when done.
Select Days and Time Slots
Scroll down and activate the weekdays when the service should be offered. For each day, set:
- Start time – e.g., 10:00
- End time – e.g., 18:00
Booking Slots Availability
Click the Booking Slots button for each active day. In the pop-up window:
- Enter availability per time slot (e.g., 5).
- Click Apply All to copy that number to all slots.
- Click Save in the bottom-right corner.
Your service is now fully configured with availability and booking settings. You can return anytime to make adjustments.
