Logging In & Partner Dashboard Overview
Once your partner account has been approved, you will receive an email from Kinzy Group AS with the subject: "Your request for vendor was approved".
This email confirms that your account is active and provides everything you need to access your personal partner dashboard.
The email includes:
- A unique login URL
- Your username (usually your email address)
- A temporary password
Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
First-Time Login: Password Change Required
When you log in for the first time using the temporary password, the system will ask you to change it. You will see this message:
"Your password has expired. You must change your password now."
Steps:
1. Enter the temporary password
2. Choose a new password
3. Confirm the new password
4. Click Save
5. You will then be logged into your dashboard
In the Partner Dashboard, you can:
- Add and manage your services
- View and process bookings
- Monitor earnings and performance
- Communicate with customers
- Update business and payment information
- Contact the administrator directly if you need help or have questions
Tips:
- Save your new password in a secure place
- Bookmark your login page for quick access
- Take some time to explore the dashboard and its features
