Adding and Editing Services
Click on "Products" or "Services" in the menu. Here, you can add new experiences, edit existing ones, and manage their availability and visibility on the website.
Adding and Editing Services
Inside your partner dashboard, you can easily add new services or update existing ones to ensure your listings are accurate, attractive, and up to date.
How to access your services:
- Go to the left-hand menu and click on “Products”.
- When the submenu expands, click on “Products” again (not “Reviews”).
- You will now see a list of all the services or products you’ve already created (if any).
- To add a new service, click “Create New Producte” at the top of the page.
Adding a New Service (First Page Overview)
When creating a new service in your Partner Dashboard, it’s important to fill in all required fields accurately to ensure your listing is complete, professional, and ready for approval. Below is an overview of the main fields you must complete on First Page of the “Create New Producte” screen:
1. Title Enter a clear and descriptive name for your service. This is what customers will see when browsing the website.
2. Category Select the appropriate category for your service (e.g. Water Sports, Food & Drink, Seasonal Events, etc.). This ensures it is correctly placed on the website and reaches the right audience.
3. Price Set the base price for your service. Specify if the price is per person, per hour, per day, or per group. Customers will see this price on your listing.
4. Full Description Provide a detailed explanation of your service. Include what’s included, duration, location, who it’s suitable for, and any special requirements. Use clear language and break your text into readable sections for best results.
5. Images Upload high-quality images that best represent your service. Clear visuals attract more interest. You can drag and drop images into the image field or use the “Select Images” button.
6. Ready for Sale We recommend always offering in quantities of 1000 to ensure availability and customer satisfaction. Perfect for bulk purchases and high-demand periods.
7. Short Description Add a short version of your description. This summary may appear in listings or search previews.
8. Search Words Enter keywords that customers might use to find your service (e.g. “boat trip,” “Cappadocia,” “spa in Chania”). This helps improve search visibility.
9. Promo Text You can add an optional promotional phrase here. This may appear in marketing banners or highlights.
10. Final Step on This Page After completing all the above fields, click “Create” at the top right corner to proceed to the next configuration steps
Adding a New Service – Second Page: Features and Booking Setup
After clicking “Create” on the first page, go to the Features tab. Here, you need to complete the following fields:
- Country – Select the country where the activity takes place.
- City – Select the specific city for the service.
- Estimated Time – Indicate how long the activity lasts (e.g., 3 hours).
- Language – Select the languages your service is offered in (e.g., English, French, German, Arabic).
Click Save in the upper-right corner when done.
Booking System
Next, go to the Booking system tab to configure how customers will book your service.
Fill out the following fields:
- Select Booking – Choose the booking type, such as “Table booking.”
- Restrict buyer to single quantity selection – Enable this if only one booking should be allowed per customer per time slot.
- Date from / Date to – Set the availability period (e.g., from May 10, 2025 to June 10, 2025).
- Book time – Duration of the activity in minutes (e.g., 180 minutes).
- Break time – The break between each booking in minutes (e.g., 60 minutes).
Then click Save in the top-right corner.
Select Days and Time Slots
After saving, scroll down to choose the days of the week when the service is available. For each day you activate, set:
- Start time – When the activity begins (e.g., 10:00)
- End time – When the activity ends (e.g., 18:00)
Repeat this for each active day.
Booking Slots Availability
After setting up the schedule, click the Booking Slots button for each active day. A pop-up window will appear.
Inside the pop-up:
- Enter the availability number (e.g., 5) in the “Availability” fields.
- Click Apply All to apply the same availability across all time slots.
- Finally, click Save in the bottom right of the pop-up window.
Your service is now fully configured with availability and booking settings. You can always return to make adjustments as needed.
