Business Partner Personal Data Processing

KinzyTrip collects and processes personal data provided during the Business Partner registration process to create, review, and manage your Business Partner account.

The information you provide may include your name, email address, phone number, company information, and other details required to manage your partnership with KinzyTrip.

Your email address is used to create your administrator account, provide secure access to the Business Partner administration panel, and send important account-related communication, including booking notifications, platform updates, password resets, and support messages.

Access to your information is limited to authorized KinzyTrip personnel and is used only when necessary to operate the platform, provide support, manage bookings, verify partner information, and maintain the business relationship.

If multiple administrators are connected to the same Business Partner account, personal information is used to identify users and manage access permissions securely.

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your data, or a copy of the personal data associated with your account by contacting partner.support@kinzytrip.com.
