Communication

As a KinzyTrip partner, you have access to an integrated messaging center that allows direct communication with both your customers and the KinzyTrip administrators. This ensures smooth dialogue, quick assistance, and professional handling of bookings and services.

Where to Find Your Messages

In your Partner Dashboard, you can access communications through:

  • Message Center in the left-hand menu
  • Notification bell at the top of your dashboard
  • Order view, directly from each order

1. Notifications and Messages on the Dashboard

When a new message is received, you'll be notified in two ways:

2. Message Center: Two Main Sections

Navigate to Message Center in the left-hand menu. Here you’ll find two categories:

  • Customer messages – direct communication between you and your customers
  • Admin messages – messages exchanged with the KinzyTrip team
A. Communicating with Customers via Message Center
  1. Go to Message Center → Customer messages
  2. Open the relevant message Thread (linked to a specific booking)
  3. Type your Response and click Send

You can use this feature to:

  • Confirm meeting points and times
  • Answer any pre-service questions
  • Provide updates or changes related to the booking

3. Alternative Method: Communication via Orders

You can also contact the customer or administrator directly from the order view.

Option 1: Contact the Customer
  1. Go to the Orders section from the left-hand menu
  2. Click into the relevant order
  3. Click the settings (Gear) icon at the top-right corner
  4. Select "Contact customer" to open the message window
Option 2: Contact the Administrator

From the same dropdown menu, select "Contact administrator" if you prefer the KinzyTrip team to reach out to the customer on your behalf.

This can be helpful in cases such as:

  • Unclear booking details
  • Language barriers
  • Reporting a concern or problem
B. Communicating with the Administrator via Message Center
  1. Go to Message Center → Admin messages
  2. Click the "+ Contact administrator" button in the top-right corner
  3. Write your message and click Send

Use this channel to:

  • Ask for help with orders or payouts
  • Report technical issues
  • Request profile or product changes
  • Submit weekly payout requests

Note: No email is required – all messages are logged directly in the system and handled by our team.

Important Guidelines

  • Always use clear and professional language
  • All messages are saved with timestamps for transparency
  • Do not share personal contact details unless required
