Editing Profile and Payment Information
As a KinzyTrip partner, it’s important to keep both your profile and payment information up to date. This ensures smooth communication and that payouts are processed without delay.
Here’s how to do it:
- Click on your initials in the top right corner of the partner dashboard (e.g., “AE”).
- In the dropdown menu, select “Seller info.”
- You will be taken to a page with several tabs where you can update your business profile, payment details, and connect to Stripe.
Step 1: General – Business Information and Stripe Connect
You must complete this step before continuing to the next tabs: Description, Logos, Plan, Reviews, and other settings.
Update Business Information
Please fill out the following fields carefully:
- Company Name – Your official registered business name
- Status – This field will show “Active” after your profile has been reviewed and approved by the KinzyTrip team
- Language – Select the language in which you wish to receive system notifications
- Company Address – Your business’s legal address
- VAT or Registration Number – If applicable
- Email – A valid email you check regularly
- Phone – An active contact number
- Map Location – Use the map marker to set your exact location (used for Google Maps)
Note: Once completed, click Save to proceed.
Stripe Connect – Payment Solution
To receive payments from customers through KinzyTrip, you must connect your account to Stripe via Stripe Connect. Stripe is a secure and trusted global payment platform.
At the bottom of the “General” page, you’ll find two options:
Option 1: Create a Stripe Account
If you don’t have a Stripe account yet, click Create Stripe Standard account.
You will be redirected to Stripe to:
- Register your business
- Enter your bank details
- Complete identity and business verification
Once approved, your Stripe account will be automatically linked to KinzyTrip.
Option 2: I already have a Stripe Account
If you already have a Stripe Standard account, click I already have a Stripe Standard account.
You will log in and authorize the connection between Stripe and KinzyTrip.
Important Notes:
- Stripe is responsible for verifying your payment and business details
- You must complete the Stripe setup process before receiving any payouts
- Connecting Stripe is completely free, and you can manage your payouts later from your Stripe dashboard
Summary
To activate your profile and make your services available for booking, you must:
- Ensure all business information is correctly filled out
- Complete and activate Stripe Connect
Once both are done, you’ll be ready to receive automatic payments for bookings made on KinzyTrip.
Step 2: Upload Your Logo (Logos Tab)
After completing your business details and Stripe setup in the General tab, the next step is to upload your company logos under the “Logos” tab.
This is an important step to help represent your brand visually on the platform. Your logo will appear to customers and on documents like invoices, so we recommend using clear and professional graphics.
Where to upload your logos
You will see two upload sections:

Logo for the customer area
This logo will be displayed to customers on your product pages and booking interface. -
Logo for invoices
This logo will appear on invoices that are automatically sent to customers.
How to upload:

Click “Local” to upload a logo directly from your device.

Click “Server” if the logo is already stored in your account.

Click “URL” to insert a link to an externally hosted image.

You can also check the box for “I’m uploading a HiDPI image” if your logo is high-resolution (e.g., for Retina screens).
Tip: Use a clean PNG or JPG file with good resolution and transparency or strong contrast for best results.
Don’t forget to Save
After uploading your logos, make sure to click “Save” in the upper right corner to apply your changes.
Note:
Other tabs, such as Description, PayPal, Plan, and Reviews, are optional and only used when needed. For example:

Plan: Only used if you want to switch your business category or subscription plan

Description, Reviews, etc., can be filled out later – they are not required to activate your account
