All payments on KinzyTrip are handled through Stripe

While payouts are automated, you must manually request your payout each week from the Partner Dashboard. This ensures that the amount is accurate before the payout is released.

How to Request a Payout in the Partner Dashboard

1. Complete Your Orders
  • Go to the Orders section from the left-hand menu.
  • Make sure all completed services are marked with the status Completed.
2. Navigate to "Accounting" or "Current balance – View accounting"

You can access your payout overview in two ways:

  • Click Accounting from the menu on the left side of your Partner Dashboard, or
  • Go to the “Current balance” box on the dashboard and click View accounting

Both options lead to the same page, where you can view your balance and submit a payout request.

3. Click "Request Payout"

You can request your payout in two ways:

Option 1: From “Accounting”

A new pop-up window will appear with a withdrawal form to complete.

How to Fill Out the Form:
  • Vendor: Auto-filled with your Business name.
  • Payment amount: Enter the amount shown in your “Current balance” (e.g. €113).
  • Comments (optional): Add a note like “Weekly payout for completed orders – week 20.”

Click Create in the bottom right to submit your request.

Important Information:
  • No need to send an email — your request is logged automatically.
  • Our team will manually verify and approve your request.
  • Once approved, Stripe transfers the funds to your connected account.
Option 2 (Recommended): From the Dashboard
What does “Current balance” mean?

This amount (e.g. €113) represents your total payout available from completed and approved orders.

How to Fill Out the Form:
What Happens Next:
  • Your request is registered as “Pending.”
  • The KinzyTrip team reviews and approves the total.
  • Stripe transfers funds to your account in 3–5 business days.

Tip: Using “Refill balance” is the fastest and easiest way to submit your payout request. It saves time and gives you full control over your earnings.
